DTG Printing:- Large area Direct to garment printing A2 (42 cm x 59 cm max area). High print resolution available up to 2880 x 1440 dpi. This specialist print technology is currently configured primarily for CMYK + CMYK printing on white and light coloured t shirts with minimum order runs of just 6 pieces.Cad Cut printing:- The industry standard method of producing long lasting solid colour signage, vehicle graphics, t shirts and an extremely large variety of other products. This method is also used for speciality printing, such as glow in the dark printing, sparkles and glitters, metallic printing, reflective and safety signs, window films, shop signs and more. Fast lead times.
Sign Making and Point of Sale:- Service now includes Perspex and Foamex bending for point of sale counter top signs. Digital printed full colour outdoor signs. Variety of substrates including Correx, Foamex, Aluminium composite (ie: Dibond etc).
Signage Laminating: Large capacity cold laminating machine provides protection for solvent printed vehicle graphics, signs, posters, very large photos etc. There are various grades of laminate including Gloss, Matt, scratch resistant, tamper resistant, UV protective. In stock we normally offer a choice of Gloss or Matt. Special products can be acquired as necessary for specific projects.
Sublimation printing:- Extremely photographic quality printing mostly used for things like mugs, mouse mats, keyrings, special surfaces like metal (after pre-treatment). We also favour this method for printing Aprons and high definition photo t shirts, emblems and logos.
Embroidery:- Industrial 15 needle Embroidery system with up to 15 colours. Business Logos and monograms on Polo Shirts, Sweatshirts, Hoodies, Aprons, Overalls and Towels. In addition to standard stitching, we offer patterned stiching which can add interest to some motifs and decals. Minimum order 4 pieces. At this time we do not offer embroidery on customer-supplied-stock.

Payment terms:- New Customers are typically payment or deposit with order. If you have received a quote you can make your deposit securely online, in person or by telephone with a valid credit or debit card. You can also use paypal. If you are a police force, council, school, college or community organisation, payment terms can be accepted however orders over £1,500 may require a deposit.
